I am sure you are wondering who I am. I am a mother of two amazing girls and a full time employee. I recently graduated from Liberty University with a BS-Psychology. I am a person that in the last three years have found that I love my body enough to take care of it. This includes working out and eating healthy.
This is not another blog telling you that everything you have done has been wrong. This is just me cataloging my journey to hopefully inspire you or somebody you know that they too can succeed.
So here's the truth:
The year was 2013:

I began a journey to find myself, and that included losing some weight and getting healthy.
Fast forward to 2016:

I have been on a mission to health for 3 years. I have to work hard. I have to move my body. I am down to 171 pounds. That is an amazing 68 pounds.
Did I do it over night? NO! Did I use diet pills, shakes, surgery, injections, or any other quick fixes? NO!
I eat healthy clean foods, and I move my body. I started out by walking more. I started jogging a little. I started lifting light weights. I moved on to doing Crossfit and Running.
I know that Crossfit and Running is not for every single person. But moving your body is and you can do it, I KNOW YOU CAN!
I will continue to make posts and I would love to hear from YOU the person I am inspiring to get healthy.
